Neighborhood Info | Property Owners Association

There will be a Property Owners’ Association which will manage over 19 acres of recreational green space.  The plans initially include hiking trails, picnic shelter area, and exercising area with markers at 0.1 mile intervals.  Most homes will have green space bordering them. 

Garbage pick up will be billed through the POA allowing one pick-up day with one company. This will keep prices lower due to volume pricing, and will keep trash at the curb only one day per week.

There will be an annual fee established to cover costs associated with the Property Owners’ Association. The current Property Owners' Association fee is $500 per year.
