The plans for the homes that have been built have been selected from Donald A. Gardner Homes, and Frank Betz Associates. Choices have been made based on size and style. These homes are inviting and attractive. Other plans can be submitted for approval.

Homes built for the Developer have open floor plans, nine-foot ceilings and stone, brick or dryvet for accenting. Help is available to match your plan and a lot together.

You can use one of the builders who have always built in Meadowbrook or select your own builder to build your home.
