Meadowbrook Team | The Building Contractors

There will be several building contractors involved with building the homes in Meadowbrook. Scott Miller Construction, SKA Construction, LLC and Viola Building & Contracting, LC are three Contractors who have already built homes in Meadowbrook. All builders who build homes in Meadowbrook will have extensive knowledge and involvement in building quality homes.

While these builders are available to you, you may also select your own builder. Plans will need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee per the Covenants.

Scott Miller Construction
Scott Miller was born in Rockingham County and has lived in the area all his life. He was interested in building construction early and began his career at the age of sixteen working during his summer vacations from school. He studied construction and began building as an employee. He has owned his own business for the last twenty years. Scott’s building experience includes homes that are small as well as very large custom homes. He insists on the general quality of the smaller home being equal to that of the larger home. Scott uses “a hands on” approach to building; he works on the jobs along with his employees. This enables him to make certain that his projects maintain the same standard of quality and it allows him to do what he loves to do.

SKA Construction, LLC
Sergey Katykhin of SKA Construction, LLC has built homes in several of the subdivisions around the county: Battlefield Estates, Bridlewood, Crossroads Farms, Kentshire Estates, and Lakewood Estates, to name a few, as a custom and speculative builder. Quality building and an attention to detail are hallmarks of his construction. While the homes Sergey has been building more recently have been large with much detail work, he is looking forward to building a smaller, quality home. Sergey has had ample experience with Donald A. Gardner and Frank Betz homes.

Viola Building & Contracting, LC
Jim Viola has been involved in various stages of construction for over twenty years in Rockingham County and the surrounding area. As a general contractor, he has specialized in custom home construction. He has also worked extensively with log home construction. His attention to detail and his knowledge of residential building allow him to create an excellent home that he is proud to say he built. Jim enjoys the challenges of home building as well as learning new techniques in building that add to a well built home. In 2001 he created Viola Building & Constructing, LC.
