Meadowbrook Team | The Developer

Meadowbrook is being developed by Sam Huffman of SCAKL, LC.

Sam is a certified public accountant, spending most of the first 25 years of his career in the private business sector. After selling his ownership in a local business, he decided to spend more time working with his hobby of construction. Over the years, Sam has remodeled some homes and has built a number of new homes. He has invested in rental and commercial real estate. A few years ago, his interest turned to developing. His first project was Kentshire Estates in the eastern section of Rockingham County where he sold lots for larger, higher-end housing. With that project completed, he then began the development of Meadowbrook.

Sam’s plans for this subdivision are to accommodate the person who is looking for a well constructed, yet affordable home. He selects building contractors who have demonstrated skill in building quality homes as he wants to see in Meadowbrook.

The walking/hiking trails in Meadowbrook allow the homeowner to have an opportunity to spend time in nature as well as gaining the health advantage of exercising. All of this combines to make Meadowbrook a great place to live. Sam is delighted to have a part in making this happen.
